My energy levels improved and the dizzy spells I was having disappeared. I’m continuing with treatments to ensure I fully recharge and get my energy levels back. I’m new to acupuncture and didn’t know what to expect. I find the treatments to be so relaxing and I’m able to drift into a very deep relaxed place where I visually can see and feel my energy and I want the treatment to last forever!     “The staff are really nice, understanding and incredibly helpful, which was impressive when I found out that 1/3 of local young people go there at some point for help. They do confidential counseling and advice, and seem to provide a real pressure valve for young people when they don't feel able to go to their parents, teachers, or other adults in times of need. Every town could do with an Off The Record for kids.”

    “Visited a few weeks ago, shelves were empty, staff not happy, no manager for a while. Went in today and they look like they have a new manager who is really trying to turn the store around. More products on the shelves, happier staff. Only complaint is it's quite dark in there, brighter lights will really help to make the store more welcoming”
