He remained patient with all my questions and gave helpful advice on things to check which would increase the likelihood of it being a mechatronic unit issue. I had RAC tow the car out to the garage. Work was done in 2 days. The price was reasonable. Most importantly, car is running smooth. Hadn't even met the guy until collection!
