    “I had a brilliant experience at this garage. I was setting out on a long journey towards the SW, and was getting worrying signs that something might be up with my tyres. Turned out to totally be a false alarm, but the guys here saw me right away, even though I had no appointment. They were immensely generous with their time and energy and were un-patronising and very patient with something that turned out not to be a problem. If I lived closer, I'd make this my regular garage. As I don't, I just hope that whenever I do eventually have an actual problem with my tyres, I'm somewhere nearby. Thank you Halfords - great service!”

Lianne contacted me outside of her normal working hours to get the paperwork done as it was homeschooling/ lockdown madness. Once the questions were asked the provider increased their premium slightly, but Lianne got this back down to our original quote. Everything was done really efficiently, professionally and non-judgementally, and I feel completely rest assured that me and my family have the cover that we need; but also cover that we wanted and could afford.
