    “Kinda surprised by the other reviews regarding staff. We were helped by Joycy, and she was super helpful and very pleasant. Also, we ended up losing our receipt to get reimbursement for lost bags. I was able to call and spoke with Sharada, and she took the time to immediately look up our receipt and email me a copy not even 5 minutes later. She really saved our button on that one. Thanks, Sharada! Inventory was a bit limited, and prices were a bit high. But, that is to be expected at an airport location. Overall, I was happy with the experience.”

    “The surgery has been improved significantly with new management and better services provided by the staff that work there. I recently went to the surgery and was surprised by how well maintained and inviting the atmosphere felt when you first walk in. The staff were very friendly towards me and there wasn't any delays at all. The facilities were beyond my expectations and I was certainly not expecting it to be so luxurious. Everything went smoothly and efficiently from the moment I walked in through the front doors of the surgery up to the point of getting a prescription. I highly recommend this surgery and I appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff there upon my visit.”

    “0 stars for black cab service. 5 ***** for We Know Group Taxi service Arrived back at Heathrow airport checked the queue for the black cab service, very long queue, once I arrived at the front of the queue I was told they wanted between £185 - £200 I was told the price list on the wall was out of date! 0 stars for service or price. But then one of the porters at the airport suggested i go to Terminal 2 i was given a free train ticket and went to * We Know group help desk*, he was very helpful and arranged a taxi at £117 , only waited 5 minutes someone took me to where the taxi was waiting for me. thankyou so much for your excellent service and to the the driver , he was very kind, I cannot fault any of the staff. 5*****”
