“I popped into Boots on Hounslow High Street for a last‑minute travel‑size toiletries top‑up. The store was open early (around 8:30am) which was great for a weekday run. It’s easy enough to get around, and I found what I needed — shampoo, toothpaste and a small pack of pain‑killers. Staff at the counter were polite and efficient when I checked out. I also noticed they had a fair selection of beauty and skincare items, so it’s good for both essentials and little treats. On the downside, some of the shelves felt a bit sparse — a few items I wanted were out of stock. But overall it felt convenient, especially if you’re after quick everyday essentials.”

“If I could give Wahweda who was the sales assistant on the Privee range 10* I would, I have many bottles of this range it’s the only fragrance I wear . I was with my cousin and she wasn’t aware of the range and sold it to her . Waheeda knew all about the fragrances and about the layering. Even though I didn’t buy a bottle my cousin did . “I have been staying at Gravity West Court for the past few months. I absolutely love it here! As soon as you enter the compound, you feel safe and secure. You have your own fob to access all the areas. The operations team, which is the staff members, they are so amazing! Milena was the one who assisted me with all the booking and viewing procedure. She was very patient with my numerous enquiries. After my move in, I met other neighbors and staff during events and got to know some more staff through emails and group chat in the app. One of the best things about Gravity is their events. It is beautifully planned out by Alice to ensure that you’ve a good experience! Most of events are free and a few are paid which is very reasonably priced too. We have communal lunch and dinners and even outdoor events in various locations! It’s a great time to bond with your fellow neighbors and get to know them. Alice have been one of the sweetest staff members! She is so polite and kind hearted. Additionally, even Robert and Dale, they are so helpful and understanding. They really try their best to be there for you and listen to you and give you solutions to your problems. Really grateful for that. Indiana is really helpful whenever I need help with maintenance and she is very sweet too. There might be times where you need to fix somethings and you might have to contact maintenance. However, they take care of it very well. There seems to be regular inspections to keep the health hazards away such as a fire. Another thing is, it is also about how one interacts and put themselves out, that way you’ll create a more meaningful experience here and have good memories! Lastly, from groceries to salons, name it and you’ve it. There’s almost everything here that you might need. Even the transportation link is great. The tube station is a 5 minutes walk. The bus station is 5 seconds to 2 minutes walk. You’ll find it easy to get to places. Here are some attached pictures of my room and experiences through my eyes! :)”

“Super easy to find inside of the London Heathrow Airport. I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I entered the establishment. I looked at the menu prior to arriving so I wouldn’t spend too much time making decisions. I chose the assortment of 8 and had them wrapped in a colored bow of my choice for no extra charge, I also tried the vanilla cake, which was recommended by the employee. It was extremely light, and delicate to taste. It was the perfect snack to eat while on my flight. I will definitely stop inside during my next visit! :-)”

“I went in yesterday for a small plate of breakfast - specifically hash browns and a fried egg. The coffee was free refills and it was all reasonably priced, came quickly and with a smile. Great service. I then left my kindle on the table so called the restaurant. Clayton very kindly contacted me to arrange for the kindle to be sent by post or picked up. In the end, he worked out a solution with my brother for him to pick it up and I couldn't be happier. Such a kindness and thank you! Happy new year!”
