Looking for a bike in the local paper I found an ad for T’ai Chi. I decided for the T’ai Chi instead of the bike and it was the best decision ever ever ever taken. I have been with Kevin for over 12 years now and every weekly class is a truly enjoyment. Kevin is an outstanding instructor who explain not only every movements in detail but as well why we are doing it. Kevin’s knowledge of T’ai Chi, its movements, history, culture is outstanding. Not to mention all adds-on like Qi Qong, meditation, relaxation, weapons etc. is just top of everything.”
