“Just visited for the first time whilst walking my dog....so fab that a coffee place is open this early (7.30am) that I can grab a hot drink and go for a dog walk at the same place before work. Lovely coffee, pastries and very friendly staff”

“Great for short walks, often full of friendly locals walking dogs (including myself sometimes), beautiful to visit in spring and summer with a plethora of wild fruit and herbs if you dare to forage, including but not limited to apples, blackberries, sloes, wild chives and garlic.”

“Tracey was amazing from the moment I placed the order to the service at the table food was hot and delicious I’m from a pub catering background and I could fault the 3 course meal. We were on a works stay and I’m so glad we decided to eat at the Ashley Park pub they should really praise Tracy for her customer service and attitude. “Stayed 24.11.24 After reading the reviews was really dubious about staying here, but only paying £31 for a night we checked in quite late after spending rhe day in London. On arrival we could smell fresh paint and the reception area was smart and clean. Very friendly chap at check in. We went up to our room (218) and was pleasantly surprised. New TV, freshly decorated. Smart clean and presentable. Our room was at the front and for a Sunday night was quiet and we slept soundly with the window open. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I bought 12 bottles of wine on your very generous 25% discount special. There was a little error at the checkout. I returned today and 2 most helpful staff members at the customer services counter assisted me. I have to mention Matt who did the recalculations and also Zingy (not sure of the spelling of her name - on duty at 15h onwards). Both were very helpful and made the process go smoothly. They are an asset to Sainsbury's. Thanks Matt and lovely Zingy.”
