“I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”

“Good product selection (better than toolstation which is over the road), but he prices are slightly higher. I tend to buy things from both of them. Lots of parking, generally no long waits.”

A special mention goes to Nush, who looked after us during the evening. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.”

I also really appreciate their no-fuss return policy, which makes the whole experience even better. Solid place to shop for tools and DIY bits.”

“My guide dog and daughter (15y/o) love playing here has a park with a wooded area that is great for imaginative play. Has a paddle pool and a play/picnic area for younger children. Also has a bowling club with bowling green. Nice kept park where toilets have recently been repainted.”

“I had a diesel particulate filter problem on my Honda Civic that was resolved with the aid of a dpf flush, engine flush and oil change. The car feels absolutely amazing to drive now. Particularly pleased with the staff, especially the lady on reception who was very friendly, and the technicians (Ian and Adam), one of which took the time to talk me through what they had carried out on car. Great service!”

“Awesome stay here. As an anniversary stay they kindly upgraded to an even more luxury room, which was huge with large windows with a lake view. So that was superb, the bed was equally enormous and super comfy, soft yet firm and supporting. Excellent shower and bathroom with complimentary soaps etc. Kettle and teas etc in room which was nice. Breakfasts was delicious well made and lots of choice. Little bit confusing as we needed to wait to be seated and there are a few entrances to the dining areas. Hardly a complaint though as we were seated quick enough. Walked about the grounds to get a overview of the house. Interesting trees. Didn't seem to be an official way down to the lake, nor a path alongside it when we walked down to it, just brambles. Again not a complaint, just observation.”

“I can't recommend this coffe cart highly enough (and the lovely people who operate innit!). Made me an awesome Oat Late a few months ago now (Soy milk in the UK is below average). Yeh, I've been slow to get this review done. In fact I never do this, so just goes to show the impact the caffeine had on me. The coffee I drank is on my 'Top 5' in the UK - I'm from Melbourne and struggle to enjoy coffee over here like I do at home, but this was on a par. They clearly care about coffee, which matters to me, so we were all happy on that glorious sunny morning once the transaction was complete. They also served up a mean bacon and egg roll too I might add. If you live in the region then check them out and tell me I'm wrong. 5/5.”

“Steve at Byrne Upholstery has just refurbished my Multi York sofas that were in excess of 20 years old. Multi York went into administration so I could not buy new covers or new cushions. I contacted Steve whom I have used many many years ago and he came to my house with material samples. I chose them and my sofas have been reupholstered. They look like new! The attention to detail is fantastic. I am so pleased with them and would recommend him to anyone. Do not read the one negative review I saw the cushion in question and I could see nothing wrong with it. If you’re looking for upholstery go to Steve, you won’t regret it!”

“Job done in Staines upon Thames on 29/06/24. Richard Black came out and looked at my car and gave an honest opinion on what could be done and what needed to be done for my car to be returned at the end of a 4 year lease to incur no charges from the lease company. He fully valeted my car and sourced the correct paint to touch up a few minor scratches. The car looked amazing and when collected the agent said the car was in amazing condition and I incurred no penalties as a result so thank you.”

Anna uses only the best quality products, and treatments are carried out in a professional, relaxed manner. I highly recommend their facials, but equally massages, pedicures and waxing treatments are the best I have had. You won't find bored teenagers here who are only interested in their nails or lashes. The team is experienced, mature, and genuinely interested in their customers. ​Why this store is special: ​Expert Advice: Whether it's dietary restrictions, finding a specific ingredient, or cooking tips (especially at the Butcher and Fishmonger corners), they know their stuff. ​Going Above and Beyond: I’ve seen them support customers in ways that have nothing to do with groceries. They just care. ​A Funny Note: Even my 6-year-old is loyal to the team! If I ever get stuck on my shopping list, he immediately rushes off laughing, saying: "Let me ask them, they know everything!" ​A Tip for Newcomers: There are two entrances. If you want the "Quick Check" scanners, they are held at the internal entrance (from the parking), not the High Street entrance. ​To the Management: Huge credit to whoever designed your talent acquisition. By hiring experienced, caring people, you haven’t just run a typical chain store—you’ve built a reliable community place. (Also, please bring back that bench! I heard some nice ladies politely expressing their concern, and honestly, they really need it.) It is also awesome to see you replying to reviews here with sincere attention, not just generic copy-paste answers. ​A Note on Parking (The only downside): The parking might be difficult to find—it is behind the building in a covered garage. The spaces are tiny with very little room to manoeuvre. Not easy access, but we got used to it! Just be prepared to practice your driving skills squeezing between narrow passages—it requires patience. Yours when squeezing and when waiting for others to do the same! Be ready to spend some time parking.”

Highly recomended. Inside the tesco extra, so no parking space issues , and fair prices.”
