“I attended the Les Mills Launch last weekend. The energy and enthusiasm of the instructors Tara, Lidiya, Dan and the rest of the crew was amazing. so lucky to have such fantastic instructors and I look forward to continuing on my fitness path with them and trying out some of the new classes. The club has undergone a refurbishment recently and new equipment is being added. Great gym, terrific instructors and really helpful gym and reception staff”

“We have an 18 month old Staffy called Calypso who has been going for walks with Laura for 7 months as of Nov 2023. Ever since the first walk Calypso has absolutely loved it! She comes back nice and tired and ready for a nap and Laura always sends us a photo or two of her exploits. The joy that she gets from socialising with her pack is just lovely to see. Laura is an incredible talent and has a real affinity with the dogs. Calypso looks forward to her walks so much that we have to spell out L-A-U-R-A when we mention Laura or she’ll go bananas with excitement! I have full trust in Laura and her abilities and look forward to many more walks with Watford Walkies. I can’t recommend her highly enough”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars It was my first time visiting Softplay with my 15-month-old, and I was pleasantly surprised! The area was spacious, clean, and not overcrowded at all. I loved that they had separate sections for different age groups — including a special area just for little ones up to 18 months. Everything was well supervised. One of the staff members was especially attentive, always making sure the older kids didn’t wander into the baby area and that everyone followed the rules. It made the experience feel very safe and respectful for everyone. The whole place was spotless, the vibe was great, and even the food was good! I also really appreciated that we didn’t need to pre-book — we just walked in, and for the whole family, it was only £11.50 for a two-hour slot, which is amazing value. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”

“I had been struggling with hamstring and gluteal pain and went to see Daniel for a sports massage thinking it was just tightness after running. After a thorough assessment Daniel diagnosed me with sciatic pain and over 4 appointments gave me acupuncture and pressure point massage to help relieve the pain and exercises / stretches to do at home. I was very impressed by his overall knowledge and in particular his understanding of how my body worked and what I needed to support me back to fitness and back to running. Highly recommended.”
