“Bronwyn was absolutely wonderful. I had chronic vertigo and needed vestibular physiotherapy over a 6 week period. She really listened and with regular exercises, managed to control my spinning and dizziness. She also responded quickly to emails and phonecalls when I was having bad days, and gave me a variety of exercises to do at home. Thank you!”

“Don is absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate in recommending him. He is very responsive and goes the extra mile to try to accommodate our dog during busy times for us. Since our dog has been going for walks with Don I have noticed a marked improvement in her behaviour and focus. Don sends really nice and helpful videos of the dogs during their training so we can see what they're up to and follow up and reinforce the training at home. Don frequently takes the dog for longer than the 2 hours we booked for but never charges extra. It is clear that he really loves what he does and he is an expert in positive dog training methods. Dogs really love going with him and respond very well to his commands. I like the fact that he is very responsible and won't take more than 5 dogs out at a time, unlike some other dog walkers who take a huge pack of dogs they can't control! I feel that our dog is in safe and experienced hands and Don has been a real life line for us. Can't recommend highly enough :)”

I've been to my GP on numerous occasions who just offered me various pain killers to try, but I really wanted to get to the root of my problem. I went to see Dr Blair and I can't believe the difference in just a few sessions. She was very patient & friendly considering I was a little on the nervous side, and really puts you at ease. After only a few treatments, I feel 100%. She advised that I come back every 12 weeks for an adjustment to keep me in tip top shape. She genuinely cares and not just after more money. “I arranged to see Tony regarding tightness and soreness in my hamstring/glutes which I have had for a couple of years. After an initial chat where I mentioned other injuries and problems with my leg, Tony gave me a whole body MOT. As well as working on my leg, he found the old injuries in my back and shoulder which he gently but effectively re aligned. After a second session where he intensely worked my leg, it feels much more comfortable with increased flexibility. I felt very comfortable with Tony, who is genuinely very caring and clearly very knowledgeable. The Chi Clinic has a relaxed and friendly feel about it rather than sterile and impersonal. I would happily go back for regular maintenance.”

“I do the clinical pilates class for recovery from back surgery and its the thing that has helped me more than anything. The staff are extremely well qualified and tailor the exercises to what you need and push you to the right degree. Catherine takes my usual class and is outstanding and understands my needs implicitly. There is a new instructor, Sophie, who is also excellent and added some great new exercises to my routine. Everyone at the clinic is really helpful and welcoming. Its been a while since I needed a full physio appointment but I saw Jacqui regularly in the past and she really helped to give me a pathway out of daily pain to functional exercise.”

“My son attended a trial lesson at UK1 Academy in South Ealing this morning and we were so impressed that we decided to enroll him in Muay Thai classes. The coach at UK1 Academy is excellent at teaching children and is clearly passionate about martial arts. From the moment we entered the academy, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our coach took the time to get to know my son and made sure that he felt included in the class. During the lesson, my son learned a lot about Muay Thai and had a great time doing so. The coach was patient and encouraging, and he made sure that each child in the class was learning and having fun. Overall, we would highly recommend UK1 Academy to anyone looking for a martial arts academy in London. The coach is excellent at teaching children, and the facilities and staff are top-notch. We're looking forward to continuing our son's martial arts journey at UK1 Academy!”
