“We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious: every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. Our server, Gail was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome from start to finish. What made the evening even more special was the thoughtful surprise: they went out of their way to prepare on our lovely dessert, a special anniversary decoration. It meant so much to us and made the celebration unforgettable. Highly recommend for both the food and the exceptional service!”

“Really nice weekend away here. The rooms are nice and spacious. Location is really nice, about 10-15 mins drive to bluewater shopping center & lakeside shopping center - so plenty to do for couples/family. The swimming pool/jacuzzi and sauna was really nice, we enjoyed going down for a swim when it wasn't too busy. We did go on a weekend so it was quite busy at times. Room service & bar was nice. Overall the room loses one star personally because the lighting was a bit dark and the bed quite firm. Everything else was perfect during our stay.”

“Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”

We were sat in the conservatory which was cold and the food took longer than necessary but the food was adequate. Made better only by the millionaires fodue dessert.”

“From start to finish, the staff at Côte Brasserie Bluewater were incredibly attentive, sincere, and committed to ensuring their customers had a wonderful experience. When I say everyone, I truly mean everyone! The food was full of flavor, and the chocolate chaud is an absolute must-try. We were also celebrating my son’s birthday, and the team kindly provided a complimentary cake, which made the occasion even more special. A special mention goes to Gheorge, who served us, and Konsta, who gave us such a warm welcome. Congratulations to the manager for keeping this Côte branch a standout among all the others.”

“The guys arrived on time ready to go. The chef’s trousers were unbelievable The pizzas were possibly the best we have ever had. The whole team were nice and friendly and served incredible pizzas. If you want pizza call Helenia I cannot recommend her Odori & Sapporo by Romeo enough. They made a stressful event catering for 70 odd people dead simple.”

“Having had a few disappointing chinese's of late we thought we would try here based on the many good reviews. Delivery was around 15min later than expected but the food was well worth the small wait, piping hot, generous sized portions & everything ordered was delicious, could not fault this place & definitely have our new go to chinese. “I come here every time I come to bluewater. Not just for the food but for the amazing people. There’s one manager that just will not stop dancing, I love it! Unfortunately, last week Saturday, a different manager greeted us with a horrible vibe, looked at my kids from top to bottom and telling me make sure the kids sit at the table. You don’t know my kids, if my kids would be walking around the place, I’d understand if she’d come and tell us nicely to get the kids sitting at the table. But a lovely waitress by the name of Mihaela, completely changed the whole experience. She beamed of good vibes. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding! I cannot express how much I appreciated her energy and her joyful attitude. The food was great. But this review is more for Mihaela! Amazing! Thank you Mihaela for spreading cheer!”

“This was my first visit here, the service was first class and the restaurant spacious, clean and tidy. All members of staff were polite and couldn't be more helpful. The food tasted excellent and was good size portions with large and tender chicken pieces. All the flavours cane through really well. I totally enjoyed the visit. Sadek is doing a fantastic job running the establishment, well done, keep up the good work! Both female waitresses were extremely polite and quick providing a first class service. I will definitely visit again when I'm next in the Dartford area. Highly recommend, 10/10.”

We could choose a lunch from the bar menu to a value of £25 if we didn’t want to choose from the set spa day lunch menu. I went with my daughter for my 60th Birthday treat and would recommend.
