Dr. Florentina Lostun and her assistant were excellent — calm, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Lostun solved my problem quickly and clearly explained the next steps, which I later received by email. Pricing is transparent and fair. Hightz advertise as catering for Afro-Caribbean & European hair, if you’re European and were wondering I’m white and left very happy, with an amazing skin fade! Slightly set back from the main road I must’ve driven past Hightz hundreds of times since they’ve been open, there’s parking outside and nearby so no reason not to visit.
