“These guys are incredible! I've bought 2 tuxes and one indian outfit from these guys, and they DELIVERED! The second tux and indian suit were for my own wedding reception and sangeet, respectively. On both occasions, I went to Prem with a concept in mind and a few google pics similar to what I wanted, but not exactly what I wanted. He patiently and diligently designed the outfits, got them made, and altered them so that they fit perfectly. With the tux jacket, he wasn't happy with the fit (which I didn't notice), so he got the jacket remade and with me in time for my wedding! I would recommend Jack Michael for western and Indian menswear. I will never go anywhere else for my suits. Thanks Prem and team!”

Personally I find the staff very calm and well mannered. They give you space to peruse, and when asked they are incredibly helpful in giving you their expert advice on the look of the outfit, whether the pairing works, and also what alterations would be best. “My Auntie has been wanting to buy my Uncle a tailored suit for a very long time and since they live in the Scottish Highlands the options of retail outlets for such a thing are in very short supply. So! On their latest trip to London we visited a few suit outlets to find exactly what Uncle Scott wanted. As we entered a few stores we could not find what he was after and none of them had any customisation options. After 3 visits to different shops we found Hackett and we found Mo. From outside we saw the window in the store and this invited us in and Mo approached us. He was so welcoming, so polite, funny and knew exactly what we were after. We asked for a linen suit and our experience kept improving as we were taken upstairs to a special room, he treated us all with respect and gave my Uncle a series of options in order to make the perfect suit for him. UPDATE: My Auntie and Uncle arranged to return to London 6 weeks after the initial trip to Hackett where the finished product was revealed to us in the very same room! Mo saw the suit before my Uncle and let him know by text that it was “Amazing”. He was not wrong! The suit fitted to perfection! The quality and personalisation of the product was second to none. Mo came in on his day off to give this to us which was exceptional. His hospitality was amazing and the sweet treats provided were delicious! His relaxed manner put us at ease. We would recommend Hackett and Mo to anyone. After a quarter of a century Uncle Scott now has the suit of his dreams.”

“Being a larger man I was dreading drudging around lakeside being told " we only do your size online" so when I walked into N A Menswear on Saturday 23/03/24 I spoke to a very well dressed chap ( I an sorry I didn't get his or the lady who helped me Sunday) who couldn't do enough to help. He found the biggest jacket in the shop, but was not big enough, so he was on the phone and found a black suit, to be collected by a colleague on her way in on Sunday. I tried the 3 piece suit on and as he was aware I needed it on Tuesday he turned up the trousers while we waited . I can't thank N A Menswear of lakeside enough for your personal assistance in purchasing this suit and I will highly recommended that they come to you first. Thank you again.”
