The dentist put me at ease and took the time to discuss both my treatment and the general health of my teeth. The dentist was very patient with all of my questions, and the entire procedure and treatment did not feel rushed. I was welcomed by a very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced dentist. Coming from a patient who had a negative experience with Zoom Whitening in the past, this is the greatest scale and polish I've ever had; my teeth feel lighter, brighter, and much shinier right away . “Amazing experience! They took me in when I was desperate because I kept bouncing from my GP to a pharmacy for the prescription of a medicine. The receptionist was kind enough to let me speak on the phone with Doctor Raj who then gave me an appointment. He was super kind and explained the pros and cons of the whole process and took me in twice without even charging me. He is caring, compassionate and such an expert! He explained everything very well and even went against his interest to suggest that it was not the right time for me to start this particular medication as I was still not completely ok. “We all know GP surgeries are super busy and often stretched thin. That’s why I was so blown away by the amazing team at Gilbert House Surgery. I put in a prescription request, something that usually takes up to three working days elsewhere, and they had it sorted in under an hour. All I said was that I was travelling and needed it within the next couple of days. The receptionist was incredible, even towards her the end of her morning shift, she made sure she passes my request in person to the duty doctor.
