She explained what the cut would look like in view of my hair type and what I would need to do to maintain it e.g. how to control fly away hair and how to style it with a brush and hairdryer. I booked an hour before by phone, so was nervous as I've never been here before but she put me at ease, as did the others on reception. A fabulous place, I will definitely be returning. She gave me a really thorough consultation, asking exactly what I wanted and explaining step by step what she was going to do. Without me even asking, she prepared a relaxing hair wash with a massage chair and footrest. I absolutely loved it! She completely turned my day around. Alexandra also told me about upcoming sales which was really helpful. I left feeling refreshed and happy with my hair wash, cut, and blow dry. Excellent service at a very affordable price.”
