“The bully manager is finally gone, and the staff are so much happier now. In the past, the previous manager talked down to employees, even siding with rude patients, and I even witnessed staff being shouted at — it created a very negative environment. Since the change, things have completely turned around and the difference is clear to see. The pharmacist is excellent and always helpful. “Wonderful practice! I saw Dr Evison twice for a check-up and to be fitted for a Sleep-eez device. The experience and friendly advice was perfect and the device has been incredibly impactful for my sleep quality. I also had a hygienist session with Agota that was careful and thorough and my teeth and gums feel so much better. Highly recommend!”
