All it actually needed was the washer replacing, which they did for me at no extra cost. I went in on Monday asking for sleeves to be added to my dress and asked if it was possible to pick it up on the Wednesday of the same week and Tatiana kindly said she would do her best. Took the time to check the ears were all lined up, and the actual piercing was done quickly and professionally, my daughter barely felt it.
