He fixed a persistent pipe hammering issue and a leaking bathroom mixer tap both professionally and efficiently. From start to finish, Thomas was incredibly responsive and accommodating – even going out of his way to source and collect the required parts late in the evening, well outside of normal working hours. His workmanship was top-notch, and he clearly takes great pride in doing things properly. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the extra effort he made to get everything sorted quickly.
