“Good product selection (better than toolstation which is over the road), but he prices are slightly higher. I tend to buy things from both of them. Lots of parking, generally no long waits.”

The staff are very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a Laura Ashley lamp and there was an issue with it, the customer service (Sarah)was amazing, she resolved the issue with care and empathy. This store is worth a visit.”

“I popped in to Robert Dyas today to buy some insect spray. One of your members of staff, I believe to be Christine Brookes, came over and gave me some good advice as to what brand to buy. I left feeling very confident that my garden insect problem will be resolved. I have not visited Robert Dyas due to the pandemic however, if I know Ms Brookes is at her branch, I will visit more as I know I will be in safe hands. A very valued member of staff!”
