“I found Tania through Google reviews, and after initially reaching out to a few people, I felt Tania would be the best fit for me. It was like I could feel her warmth before we even met in person. At the time I was struggling with several challenges including grief, anger, low self-confidence and imposter syndrome. These things can happen to everyone, and it felt like they were happening to me all at once. Tania can offer many different routes to bring equilibrium back into your life. Over our sessions, we tried a few methods and I got different results every time, but underlying it all I was nudging towards a better future for myself. My goal was quite simple; to take my dog for a walk and really enjoy it. I wanted to walk around with my head held high, engaging with the world and feeling lighter. Sounds simple, but it felt quite out of reach. Getting to that point has certainly been a journey, but through Tania's help, I've been able to achieve what I set out to do. “Lee from FirmusHeat came out Monday evening to assess a leak in my flat. The leak escalated very quickly to at one point a full rain shower in my hallway. Lee was amazing and so helpful. He didn't want to leave until he had got the situation under control. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and advised me on when and where to take photos for insurance purposes. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. He and a colleague returned first thing the next morning to resolve the situation. His colleague whose name I have forgotten was equally as friendly and kind. I felt safe and and trusted them and the work they were doing. I would definitely recommend FirmusHeat.”

Don’t be fooled when you arrive at what seems like just a trade counter, up the stairs is one of the best bathroom showrooms I have been to. Large and with a massive array of different bathroom set ups. The deal maker is they are able to design the bathroom with your input and provide all the high end brand which lost loads more from the more glamorous providers.”
