“We had visited quite a few nurseries for my 18-month old and and were thrilled to find Crafty Wizards preschool which unusually for a preschool takes from 18-months. We love the format that all ages are mixed together promoting peer learning and the setting is intimate and personal. The staff are wonderful and really care about the kids. There are two gardens, one of which is a bit like a small forest school with a mud kitchen, which our little one loves. Since day 1 he’s been so happy to be there with zero separation anxiety. Highly recommend to other parents who want something different to the usual nursery format.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my trial Krav Maga class- the class is great exercise, practical, and definitely boosts one’s endorphins- Jack is a very patient and friendly instructor. I have since applied for membership and look forward to future classes! “I found Women in Motion early in my pregnancy when I was looking for a way to stay active safely, with someone who could guide me on what was and wasn’t suitable. What I found was so much more than just a sports group. Women in Motion gave me the chance to meet other pregnant women and mums to share experiences with, and to feel supported every step of the way. It has kept me feeling strong and healthy, physically and mentally, throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Jacqueline, Emma and Ronda are not only great trainers but also genuinely lovely people. The flexibility of the groups and classes has been a huge plus, and I was always able to bring my baby along whenever I needed to, which made all the difference. I’d recommend this to any woman, pregnant, mum or not, who enjoys being outdoors and wants to have a good time while moving her body. Thank you WIM!!”

We have tried other ballet schools within the area, but found that there was not enough attention and ethos on learning, they seemed more focused on playing games and entertaining the children. With Nutcracker ballet school you really get a mixture of learning and fun. The lessons are very structured and allot of thought and effort goes into them. Would definitely recommend.”

If you are looking to push yourself to the next level LDC will help you be the best you can be in a really welcoming environment. The team is very social and is a great way to also make lifelong bonds with fellow cheerleaders. I would recommend the team to anyone who is looking to be part of something amazing. “I joined the London Wing Chun Academy last year as a complete novice and I'm so happy I did. All the instructors are highly skilled, really friendly and always willing to help. Training there has made a huge improvement to my fitness and confidence levels, as well as having made many friends for life. Our Sifu, Dr Mark Phillips is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced instructor and an inspirational man. I feel privileged to be one of his students. They take safeguarding extremely seriously, and always have the children's welfare at the forefront of their minds. I have every confidence in their ability to look after my child, and it's obvious that they are adored by the kids. I would definitely recommend this school.”

“Eastbury farm school is a place where my 3 children feel safe. It's a place where the teaching is second to none. The dedication of the new head Miss Workman and her leadership team is refreshing and I can only see things improving here. The recent results are proof of that. I love the school and everything about it, from the well mannered children to the lovely playground atmosphere. Not to mention the fabulous fundraisers! Don't let the Ofsted report put you off. “What an amazing nursery. The staff are genuinely caring and kind, and their positivity is refreshing. From the first day they made our one and a half year old daughter feel comfortable and valued, and we are so grateful for the experience she’s had here. Every day our daughter comes home in a joyful mood and it’s clear that the nursery has had a positive impact on her development. We’ve noticed her confidence growing, along with new skills she’s picked up along the way. We didn’t know what to expect with the nursery experience as first time parents but, this nursery has far exceeded anything we could have hoped for. “My daughter has been attending this nursery for a year now when she was 11 months old and I always find her cheerful there - it feels like a second home to her. I would like to say this is one of the best childcare centres in this area. I was very skeptical initially as a mum to leave my daughter the whole day (10hours). All the staff members Veerpal, Dale, Shazia, Tahira, etc including the head teacher Himanshu are so nurturing, supportive, caring, attentive, kind and helpful to her as well as the other babies. I have always found the key worker Veerpal to be very communicative about my daughter's progress (including the online updates about her progress) and the way she allowed my daughter to take her time to settle in. Whenever I needed any kind of adjustments the whole staff including admin team was always supportive and efficient. The staff do invest a lot of time, effort and patience to allow babies to explore and be independent. I was surprised when I saw my daughter wanting to drink water/milk in a cup on her own without spilling, Building sand castles, messy plays, spending a good amount of time daily in the garden, allowing babies to make individual decisions, making shapes out of play dough, exploring natural materials and nature, singing various rhymes and describing the characters from the story, etc They do have a lot of extra activities for kids accompanied by parents. A yearly outdoor (farm) trip for the kids and parents. Visits to religious places accompanied by parents, obstacle course, etc I have seen a lot of improvements and her skills being enhanced each time. I would highly recommend the Grove house infant centre to anyone looking for a childcare / nursery in the area.”

“Great nursery. Facilitates are great, especially the big garden which has a climbing frame, fish pond, sandpit, guinea pigs. They even had incubated chicks earlier in the year. The staff are great and have been working there for years which is always a good sign. My daughter loves it.”
