“Went for breakfast this morning - open for breakfast on Saturdays ands Sundays. We started with Indian coffee and Chai. Both were delicious. We went at Saturday at 10:00 and sat inside. It wasn’t busy and the service was great. The only thing I would say is the waitress we had didn’t know what the dishes were, so I erred on the side of caution. The food was universally delicious. The bread with the Chloe Bhature was some of the best I have ever had. The Aloo Pratha was so yummy. The bacon Frenky had a decent amount of bacon. The bill was £27 including service charge. Would definitely return.”

“Mix grill was one of the best, good value, can be starter for 2 to start with. Chicken Birayani was superb and I also order chicken curry with bone , I would prefere bit more masaladar with green chilli spiced, like Desi Falvor and, it's says ghee may be more brown butter, Garam Desi Flavour Garam Masla and brunt ghee ! Garlic Naan was superb. Papadam and all relish, dips were fantastic, eveything Desi style, my son love the raita, I love that red spicy sauce and tamarind chutney. What you need with chillied Cobra beer and all of this. See you guys again with all of my friends and family. Kudos to Chef and his team.”

“This is a great plase to dine out. We, as a family have been eating at Birashwamys for over thirty years when my father came across it one day. The restaurant is very cosy and the gorgeous aroma coming from the kitchen makes you feel hungry the minute you walk through the door. There's a great choice of delicious dishes on offer that tastes different to other Indian restaurants I have visited. We no longer live close Birashwamys but we make it point to drive down regularly. The food tastes just as delicious today as it has did thirty years ago. Everything is reasonably priced and the staff are really friendly. Nice clean toilets. Good background music. Parking available in a nearby carpark free in the evening. Praying facilities also available. Staff also gave free brownie favour to the kids. Will return again.”

The dhal was my favourite..though it was the thokku that was a bit hit in our house, especially my daughter's. I tried a bit of each dish before I put it on my plate and I must say it’s delicious ! I saw reviews about the nan bread I got a keema nan and it was cooked perfectly , so was the lamb madras and chicken biryani . I will be ordering from them again for sure .
