“Just had the most lovely pamper package with my daughter here. Laura and Debbie are super warm and welcoming. I wasn't expecting to be too relaxed given I was there with my 6 year old but as I said to Debbie my facial was sooo relaxing and I didn't even realise I had a headache until it was gone. A great atmosphere too, everyone is really friendly. His hair looks great, really nice skin fade compared to some places, you get what you pay for and more. Overall super nice people. He has now permanently changed his barbers to this one as he liked it so much. 10/10”

“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

They were able to find a carer who’s experienced with our breed, which was very important to us. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful carer! “Our dog Elmo has been in Chris's doggy day care for two years. He can be quite picky about who he trusts but Chris is his favourite person in the world and he absolutely adores her. He rushes out of the front door to see her in the mornings barely able to contain his excitement and he comes back really well exercised and snoozes through a lot of the rest of the afternoon. I don't know what we would do without her because she takes such great care of all of her dogs and gives him a really happy life. I would 100% recommend her.”

I am a qualified Specialist in SpLDs, have professional membership with this guild, and have completed several of their training courses. The information they provide is current and considered best practice. Staff have only ever been helpful and well-informed. The Guild's courses have accredited status - it simply isn't possible for them to be low quality. It should probably be noted that many of their courses have had a refresh since 2018.”
