“I cannot praise this swimming school highly enough! I’ve been using them for both my children. My eldest is very close to finishing her lessons hopefully and she started off as a non swimmer and she is now a confident swimmer who enjoys coming to every lesson. My youngest has just started off and is loving every minute of her sessions. The instructors are professional and cater to each individual needs. My kids love all the instructors and Claire is very quick at responding to any queries or questions parents have. When my partner broke his foot and couldn’t drive my eldest to her lessons - I told Claire about it and she went above and beyond to get my daughter into a different session time in order for her to not miss one lesson. I will definitely be recommending seriously swimming to anyone looking for a swim school. Thanks so much!!”

“This dentist is so good... I travel 55 miles for my appointments!!! Such a friendly and welcoming team. I suffer bad anxiety and its the main reason I come here. I've never experienced such a good dentist (Julia), dental nurses and hygienists that are so highly equipped with the knowledge to deal with worried patients especially ones with such high anxiety like myself. I avoided dentists for many years due to bad experiences, would only go when i had to and highly reccomend this one. I now have full bill of dental health and regularly attend (which Iavoided before due to my anxiety). I have, sadly, witnessed staff on the recieving end of abuse whilst there though - whilst they are so calm, collected and professional in such circumstance. I'd like to remind the general public that these are staff who go home to loved ones, who have feelings, at work doing a job to the best of their ability - and I can really vouch for that. Please remember to be kind. This practice stands out way above the rest- and I've had my share on dental practices!”

Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!!
