“I have wanted to do dance classes for all of my adult life and always chickened out due to stage fright/anxiety, fear of being judged and under qualified at even “casual” classes. At the start of this year I pulled the trigger and did some taster sessions at Studio K and never looked back. All the instructors and members are so welcoming and friendly. A variety of levels of fitness and body types (which is refreshing, especially in ballet!) and everyone from people who have never danced to seasoned dancers. It has been a wonderful social experience and chance to be able to indulge in a range of dance styles I never thought I’d be able to do in the same place plus a discovery of others (Waacking is life changing). I only wish I had time to go more often! Thank you Studio K - especially Ginger and Sarah who I normally do classes with. Try out the taster sessions - you won’t regret it!”

“I came to Dental Beauty Bexleyheath with very little confidence in my smile. I fractured my front tooth badly when I was young and it has worsened over the years. It was time to have this sorted and I came across the clinic through a recommendation from a family member. As soon as I booked in for my consultation, I was impressed with the service. The reception keep you up to date with your upcoming appointments effectively. The real magic began when I met my dentist, Muhammad Mirza. I cannot express enough how understanding, patient and caring Muhammad was throughout the whole process. My first appointment, I had explained the whole traumatic history of my tooth and he listened attentively and carefully. We got started straight away on a front tooth crown (one of the hardest things to do well in dentistry) and I feel like I’ve become a slight expert with the whole process as I was so informed throughout! Muhammad went above and beyond to make sure I understood the next steps and I felt fully in the loop. The process consisted of trial and error, due to the unanimous difficulty of matching an artificial tooth to an existing front tooth. However, Muhammad was determined not to settle on a result - we were going to achieve a great result together. I felt 100% at all times that Muhammad had my best interests at heart. I could not recommend the clinic enough. If anyone has an issue that they would like to fix with their smile, I would really suggest going here. They will look after you and support you throughout. I must mention that the dental nurses were also incredibly kind and friendly throughout. Thanks so much all - I can’t express how much happier I am with my smile, which means the world!”

“First time at this dentist. Was in extreme pain and my regular dentist was closed. Visited on a Saturday morning. Was a little apprehensive as my own dentist is amazing and this was a new dentist . I was shown such kindness by all the staff . Mr Miller was awesome. So calm and kind with a twinkle in his eye. Sorted my problem after giving me all the options and explaining everything. I had total confidence in him . Dentists don’t scare me but if you are nervous he would be a perfect choice. Practice even phoned to check I was ok . Fantastic service”

We have a very good communication with the staff, everybody is very caring, flexible and attentive to him. He is very happy going to the nursery, that's the principal for us. He loves doing messy play, singing, playing in the garden and participating to lots of the experiences that it is proposed!”

“We’ve sent both our DS to this nursery over the last 3 years. The consistency of care is fantastic; same consistent carers mean they have really taken care and helped our sons to develop. They worked with us through any “leaps”, teething or potty training situations. The chef David has been amazing, catering to their dietary needs (vegetarian, no onion/ garlic) with a smile and enthusiasm. The boys over the years have really enjoyed each day and their time especially with the Montessori approach. We get verbal feedback at the end of each day (whether a quick brief or more detailed as required). We loved that the boys were taken outside to the green common next door whenever feasible and were exposed weekly to music afternoons and exercise / sport sessions. They come back having painted, played, read books, learnt about culture and everything in between. The carers have been amazing - Kim, Rosa, Camilla, Lucy, Tiana, Prima, Cara, Leena, and recently Saheeda - we’ve known most of these over the last 3 years if not all of them (and they are still there!) - that consistency of presence and care has been incredible in providing a “second home” to our children. They know our boys, and saw them grow up from less than 12 months of age to 3 years. It was a really warming and caring environment which helped nurture our sons at such a young age. The love given to them (even at their worst times) was and has been invaluable. We’ve (all of us) had a truly happy experience with the fortune green team. From our perspective and from what I heard from parents at other nurseries, this is the one of the best nurseries in West Hampstead; despite others perhaps being more convenient location wise, or “newer”. Finally, this review has not come as a one-off assessment or as a new parent who recently joined; it’s over 2-3 years of experience with two very different type of DS. Thank you to the fortune green team for being there with us for our boys; my wife and I will not forget our time together and for ALL the right reasons. Lots of love S&K, A&V.”

“Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!”

“I was honestly a bit sceptical about starting DBT at Mind-Reframed. I'd tried DBT groups before and didn’t find them very helpful. But at one of the most difficult times in my life, when my mental health was at its worst, I decided to give it another go after seeing so many great reviews - and I’m so glad I did. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Over 54 weeks, I worked hard, repeated a couple of modules to really deepen my understanding, and little by little, I felt myself change. Today, I’m proud to say I’m in such a better place -happier, calmer, and able to manage my BPD using the skills and tools I've built. It wasn’t easy, DBT takes real dedication, but it was absolutely worth every bit of effort. One thing I loved about Mind-Reframed was that the group sessions were in-person. Being in a safe, supportive space made it easier to be 100% honest, without fear or judgement. Everyone was there for the same reason: to heal and grow. It was comforting to know we could all relate to each other in different ways. Having weekly homework also kept me accountable and helped me apply the skills in real life, not just in theory. My group facilitators were incredible. Their teaching style, patience, encouragement, and the way they celebrated our wins (big and small) made such a difference. I always felt seen, valued, and motivated to keep pushing forward. I truly think of them as my fairy godmothers, they helped me believe change was possible. Alongside group therapy, I had one-to-one weekly sessions with my therapist who is also part of the Mind-Reframed team and I found these incredibly helpful. We could dive deeper into what was coming up for me week by week, and my therapist always found the balance between validating how I felt and gently guiding me towards new, healthier ways of thinking and reacting. Having someone celebrate your growth, even when you can’t see it yourself is something I’ll always be grateful for. Reflecting back, I honestly feel like I’ve been reborn. I don’t even recognise the person I was before starting DBT. And even better, my family and friends can see the positive changes in me too. Ending DBT was emotional, but I know I've built a foundation that will support me for life. Thank you so much to the whole Mind-Reframed team for the care, dedication, and belief you put into every single one of us. You’ve changed my life in a way I’ll never forget.”
