“When this shop was under different management it was pretty dreadful but now it is excellent. Food was great - (well to be precise we only had their fish & chips but as that was really good I’m sure the rest is too!). The entire place looks spotless and the owners are particularly friendly and offer excellent service. Definitely happy to recommend.”

Everything was absolutely delicious I had chicken 65 to start and truckdrivers lamb for main, mushroom rice saag paneer and a cold cobra…Lovely. “This Iceland store has been here for many years and is supported well by the local community. A good size, clean and tidy store with a broad selection of foods. Iceland can have some hidden gems for food and at a very good price. Opening hours are also great for those who can't get there during daytime work hours.”

I called the restaurant in advance to ask if the chips were cooked with any meat or fish as I have severe meat/fish/eggs/dairy allergies and a lovely gentleman informed me that they're cooked on their own making them veggie/vegan friendly! I ordered the Vegan Big Kahuna with Chunky Chips and my partner ordered the Hickory Chicken Burger with Parmesan and Rosemary Fries. We both agreed that the burgers and fries were delicious! The vegan patty was incredible and at first I thought it was real meat it was that realistic but luckily, it wasn't! My partner thoroughly enjoyed his meat feast! Thank you for providing such a brilliant restaurant/takeout experience during this pandemic. It was lovely to have a little bit of normality from the comfort of our own home. We will be back! ”

“We attended the Breakfast with Santa today with our children, it was truly amazing. The breakfasts were delicious and the service was faultless. There were so many wonderful arts and crafts for the children to do, as well as a visit from Santa. “I hired the Grand Suite at the New Inn for my 60th birthday party with 110 guests. Everything was perfect! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thanks especially to Aimee who ensured I was able to set up decorations etc. early in the day. The room is beautiful with a lovely big dance floor and nice big tables with plenty of seats. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The bar staff were friendly and efficient. Great air conditioning in the main room on a very hot night was very welcome! My guests were all extremely impressed with the venue. Thank you all the staff for making everything work out so well - brilliant!”

“Have ordered takeaway from this Restaurant for some years and it has always been spot on. A recent change in management had me concerned but the food is still delicious! Having reopened ‘dining in’, we tried the a la carte all you can eat feast on a Sunday. Absolutely loved the duck pancakes, some of the best I’ve had. Everything is cooked fresh to order. The new owner is super friendly and brings the food out herself. It’s a shame the restaurant isn’t busier but hopefully if they keep up the quality food and service plus market a bit more this will change.”

The managers were super cheerful and kept the team going. Not only they were smart in the way they managed the crowd and kept things organized, but they also carried themselves so well. “Have been ordering from Mumbai kitchen for 3 years now, at least once a month I will treat myself to their "Your choice meal", for a decent price you get a full meal: main, side (or starter), choice of rice, poppadom and naan. When I collect myself is always ready within 20 min of ordering, when asking delivery, it's quicker than most deliveries. Staff is always friendly and smily, so always a good experience. Finally, food is tasty and good size portions.”
