She proposed that my daughter do the test, and that depending on the result we would look into appropriate medication. The test concluded that ADHD was a factor and Dr Trudie recommended a course of medication. She was very clear about the possible side effects associated with the medication. She was also extremely supportive and made herself available in case there were any adverse effects. The benefits of the medication were immediate with very few side effects, and the focus increased dramatically whilst the anxiety disappeared. Dr Trudie worked with our local GP so that third party care could ensue and my daughter who has now finished school feels that she can manage her care going forward.
