“I have been attending bodens for about five years now and in those five years I have learnt so many new skills. I currently attend their Saturday morning combined musical theatre classes from 10am-1pm and their tap dance classes on Mondays from 5pm-5:45pm. I also take part in Trinity musical theatre exams which I am very lucky and grateful to do. Bodens has given me many opportunities and taught me many things that I will use in everyday life and in the future. Being a student at bodens has helped my confidence grow massively. They never fail to produce incredible shows where every student is involved and having fun. All members of staff are lovely and are always nice . They encourage us to take risks in theatre and help us understand what life is like in the theatre industry. Not only are the staff kind, but the students are too; they are all very welcoming to new people and are always open to making new friends. I have really enjoyed every moment during my time at bodens so far, and I think other young people should get to experience this too.”

“I am highly impressed with Bright Little stars Nursery-Barnet. The nursery has a really welcoming environment. The staff is really kind and professional at the same time. The facility it self is bright, clean and engaging. There are a lot of engaging and interesting activities for the children. I am really happy my child joined Bright Little Stars nursery Barnet as I see her really loving and bonding with the staff there. I would definitely recommend the nursery to every parent that wants their child to feel happy and comfortable.”

“We ordered the Midas special platter for home delivery via Uber eats. What we actually got the chefs special Platter. The Midas special is the same as the chefs special but comes with Lamb chops, Lamb ribs, cacik and hummus. These we did not get. We made a phonecall to Midas BBQ told them what was missing and that they had actually delivered a Chef Special Platter instead. They was very apologetic and within 20 mins they delivered the missing items. The man who delivered from Midas was also apologetic. He showed great empathy. Thankyou whoever you are! Most restaurants who get it wrong just say get a refund from Uber but Midas BBQ obviously thrive on customer service and it was greatly appreciated. The food was exceptional and great quality. Well done Midas BBQ. We will definitely order again.”

The staff is incredibly supportive, creating an environment where she feels safe, loved, and excited to learn every day. “I am choosing to write these reviews since I need to emphasise that this school is not what it was before United Learning came in. Where else are you going to find a headteacher that remembers everybody's names, where the year 11s are going for sixth form, and what the kids' interests are? Mr Fairbairn has drastically improved this school by simply deciding to be an active headteacher, not giving kids excuses to do nothing, and ensuring everyone is learning. External cover teachers were rare during my time there. Mr Fairbairn even covered my physics class while they attempted to find a new physics teacher for my GCSE class. I joined in year 10. During my first GCSE art class, he took the time out to come up to me, greet me, talk to me about why I chose TTA, and even asked how my brother, who had left for sixth form at the time, was. This is just Mr Fairbairn. I won't even go on about the rest of the staff with how supportive, how caring, and how professional they all are. You have teachers like Mrs Palmer who has been at the school for decades and still has an absolute love for teaching and drive to inspire. There's a misconception that the school is a hotpot for crime and where all the misbehaved kids go, but trust me, this is not tolerated by the staff and is not true in the slightest. Thank you for supporting me, TTA.”

“I have been to Middeys on several occasions and they offer a wide-range of excellent halal dishes. The drinks are also superb - I love the lychee bubbles - and the service is fantastic place. It is very popular but have gone several times without needing to book.”

“This is my favourite Thai restaurant in my area. The portions are extremely generous and the taste is just delicious! Not to mention the price, which is affordable and fair for the amount of food we get. I love this place.”

“We had the Christmas menu. It was delicious from start to finish. Although it was all incredible, the marmalade ice cream was very special. Staff were all fantastic even on a very busy evening. Polite, friendly and very efficient.Two tiny disappointments were a lack of festive arrangements on the tables and no winter ales on tap but in no way deflected from a lovely evening, at a very fair price. Thanks to all.”

“We absolutely love this fish and chip restaurant and have been going there for many years. The food is delicious, the staff wonderful - in particular the lovely Ella. The owner Sam is the kindest and most gentle man and we love Sema and Ben whom we have known for many years. We often joke joke about biting a table on an annual basis and often friends and family join us for dinner too. You will not be disappointed if decide to try it.”

“Based on my first visit (weekday lunchtime) I found the pub extremely welcoming, clean and comfortable. I had time to kill before my hospital appointment so stayed for a coffee and wine, no food. Manager Amy was personable, warm and extremely hospitable and I watched her greet a handful of customers by first name. The pub is spacious though I'm told they get very busy in the evenings and special occasions.Toilets were clean, spacious and nicely decorated, the washbasin was lower than usual which I assume is also great for kids and wheelchair users. I would say this pub could cater to most accessibility needs. There is a large garden with wooden seating and decked areas but sadly the weather wasn't playing ball today, so I'll return later in the summer.”
