“I can’t recommend Axenia from Ad Infinitum highly enough! She has project managed and designed two major renovations for me. The 1st was the conversion of a one bedroom flat in Balham to a three bedroom two bathroom gorgeous flat with roof terrace. The 2nd was the renovation of a Victorian house in Crouch End via a loft extension (adding a large luxurious bathroom and walk in closet) and a kitchen side return extension ( transforming the space into a large open kitchen dining area with top of the range kitchen appliances, a lovely large centre island, floor to ceiling glass doors leading out to the garden and an extra bathroom downstairs). We managed to live in both properties during the renovations, with two year old twins in the house renovation! Axenia always took the time to listen carefully to our brief, add creative flair that we wouldn’t have been able to do ourselves and make sure we were able to live as comfortably as possible during the disruption. Nadim was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of, and even helped us with the birthday surprise. we also had to suddenly leave quickly toward the end of the dinner and they were efficient in helping us settle quickly. to each their own on whether it is expensive or not; we spent roughly £1400 for 4 people”
