“This restaurant is an absolute gem, with authentic Calabrian food on offer in a fantastic atmosphere, with warm, friendly, and excellent service. The food is competitively priced with other restaurants in the area, but the portions are generous, with a wonderful menu that will have you struggling to make a choice quickly, and quality is unrivalled! Expect to pay around £30 per head with drinks, which was, in my opinion, excellent value. I wouldn’t only recommend this restaurant, but advise anyone in, or visiting Filey to enjoy a dining experience here! Fantastic!!”

“Leila recently catered for our wedding. Food was one of the most important choices for our wedding and Leila was the first place we went, and I'm so glad we did. The food was incredible, with so many of our guests commenting that it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Raef is fantastic to work with and he was the most relaxed person to deal with; nothing was a problem. His staff were also fantastic on the day, as well as the wonderful Zara. “After buying a large kitchen table and chairs from Steve a couple of years ago I recently returned to get a sideboard for the living room. The latter of which was subject to very specific width, depth and height requirements which were easily accommodated. Steve is clearly passionate about his work and this shows through in the finished item. Both items I purchased were built with high quality materials, attention to detail and importantly a sense of uniqueness. Do not assume this comes at a price. It doesn’t! I have been pleasantly surprised at the cost on both occasions and I cannot imagine going anywhere else in the future.”

“Finally a place that understands what a skinny flat white should taste like! The black forest gateau was lovely just need more cherries and it's syrup in the middle which would have made the cake moist and ohh so delicious! I'd definitely be going back for more skinny flat whites!”

“I really like this restaurant on the high street. The service is great and the decor and atmosphere is nice too. Never rushed to leave after finishing dinner, rather get left until we ask for the bill. It’s great for kids too as they have a nice mix of dishes which are big enough for my 13 and 10 year old girls. Food is nice a flavoursome. The staff here are all really nice and will give us good advice on the types of dishes we might like. I am a bit adventurous with my food and my family rather like the same. I always try different things and so far everything has been amazing and causes me to keep coming back. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting some tasty food. It’s restaurants like this that we need to remain on our high streets. Keep up the great work and we look forward to coming back soon.”

I was a bit concerned when I saw some of the negative reviews on here, wondering if the company had gone downhill since we last bought from them! But I needn't have worried - our new sofa was delivered perfectly on time, two working days after we had ordered it. We paid extra for assembly this time and I'm so glad we did - the delivery guy was very friendly and he expertly assembled the large corner sofa in just 30 minutes!
