“A typically large store... Nice to see staff visible on the shopfloor for general help. Sometimes you need a deep look around to find bargains and interesting things. Self service tills are OK, until you need a staff member, this really hampered our trip A very successful visit today. I would say that some things appear too expensive for what they are here, I just don't buy those things!”

He was incredibly personable, attentive, and gave us great advice based on our needs. He clearly explained what would work and what wouldn’t, and helped us choose a design and colours that were both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
