He went the extra mile and replaced the pan connector/flex hose with more durable ones so everything is clean and brand new. “Good sized shop with a useful selection of goods (really good choice of household hardware - nails, screws, hooks tools etc.) and plenty of staff on hand to help. Small but useful garden section too. Such a handy place within walking distance of home - would hate to see it go so I keep using it!”
