Initially, we used them in an ad hoc way ...when our washing machine broke down or when we were time/energy poor due to work or illness or when we had a houseful of guests generating extra laundry. The convenience of having home collection and delivery is fabulous and booking it all in online is so straightforward and flexible with all the scheduling options. We now use Thames Laundry each week for ironing bedlinen which is a huge help. Their service is so reliable , great quality and convenient... and they are also really very nice to deal with.
