The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and nearby restaurants. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and lives up to the high standards Premier Inn is known for. “We stayed one night with kids.... nice clean hotel with comfy beds ... its like old house accommodation with lots of nice small garden areas with beautiful summer flowers, location suited us a lot. The staff was very friendly and Breakfast was very good, loved the perfectly made poached eggs, they offer free parking too. recommended for people who want to stay in the budget hotel.”

“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout.”
