    “Went into Hotters at Kingston on Thames on Saturday 23rd November 2024 and was greeted by a really wonderful young lady called Imogen. I explained how I suffer with swollen feet and ankles and am unable to wear the many pairs of hotter shoes and boots I own. She listened to my needs and went above and beyond in helping me. She was empathic, caring, genuine and nothing was too much trouble. This member of staff is an absolute credit to Hotters, the service and trouble she took was exemplary. She sold me 1 pair of boots and I also ordered another pair in black. My feet aren't cold, I'm comfortable and I had a very touching experience with an absolutely amazing member of staff. THANK YOU IMOGEN X”

    “Well every now and then your find a gem and wildwood hits the bill !!! Service was very quick and attentive . I had the calamari for starters and the classic burger for mains the calamari was lightly seasoned as it should be fresh and vibrant the burger was cooked to perfection with fabulous quality beef seasoned again perfectly . Home made fries are perfectly cooked . My wife and daughter had pasta dishes and they said the flavours were so intense and aromatic .. Highly highly recommended and don't let that kitchen team leave you have keepers there !!!.”
