After speaking on the phone he arrived at the exact time he has advised me, took the TV back to the workshop for a full inspection and diagnosis, he subsequently advised me how the power supply was gone and of the cost if repair, I did not think the repair was worth it due to the age of my old set so he provided me with another top branded replacement set at an affordable price.
