“If you are looking for a great, safe and secure hotel to stay in, then I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel is the ONE to book for!! I myself have stayed in Newham Hotel for around or more than 12 nights, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. If I was financially stable, I would have happily stayed for a much longer term. My room was in great condition, service from cleaners are also good and they also provide breakfast in the mornings which is a bonus compared to many other hotels that do not. Receptionist - I have two of the best people, Pradeep and mainly Jaskirat (hope I for the names spelt correctly). They are always there when it comes to the guest needs, general conversations in showing careness, assisting or providing further service if needed, if and when possible. They both are excellent at their job role. But to me, Jaskirat is a excellent worker, not just as a receptionist, but also doing his absolute best in managing the hotel with professionalism. Keeping a high standard & a great reputation for the Hotel, as well as maintaining his work professionalism towards the guests in keeping them happy/satisfied in any positive assistance he provides. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotelseriously hope I get to visit this Hotel again soon. And when I do, I hope to see you BOTH! Thanks for the great service!!”

“The best holiday ever booked by monju and his team ! Let’s fly travel came to me as an blessing ! 2020 being sucha stressfull year I was very spectacular about whether I should book an holiday to Egypt for December 2020 or not , and how the holiday would turn out to be. I looked for various companies and deals online that put me in two minds whether I should book the holiday or not with high prices exceeding my budget ! Until I came across Monju’s company on Instagram called let’s fly travel. I contacted monju on the phone for an quote and couple questions and he helped me with very clear and coherent guidance and a quote the same day ! All the way up-to answering queries, booking flights and accommodation and transfer, helping me acquire health insurance , confirming flights details , doing my holiday extension whilst I was on holiday and checking in my flights to come back to London . Monju has done everything so professionally and attentively ! Honestly if it wasn’t for monju I wouldn’t of had booked my trip to Egypt and had such a beautiful ending to 2020 and a fresh new start to 2021. Before leaving the uk I had initially booked the holiday for 7 nights in a family room but to my surprise when I arrived in Egypt monju upgraded me to family suite free of charge as a special treat for me and my family he ensured that my room Was pool view and was in the best location of the hotel and contacted the staff there in management and restaurants to ensure that my stay was comfortable and I was looked after. I loved my stay so much and monju was always in contact with me 24/7 answering any queries I had even advising me the money exchange rates, shopping malls I can visit and where to book excursions and what to expect on them with the best prices !! One night before I was due to come to London I contacted monju and requested for my vacation to be extended for another further 6 days and monju as usual was so hands on and made the changes with the flights and hotel and extended my day the same day! If monju wasn’t on hand I wouldn’t of extended my stay and I would of came back but I got to enjoy a stress free for another further 6 days all with the help of monju. He is the best travel agent ! His services and duties he has carried out and fulfilled exceed his role as an travel agent. He ensures that he exceeds customer satisfaction and looks after his customers all the way from acquiring an quote, booking everything , making sure ur okay on holiday and follow up contact when your back. I have never felt so safe, and enjoyed my holiday without any stress as monju handled everything. he offers the most best competitive price and ensures that all your needs are met! I would highly recommended anyone who wants to book a enjoyable holiday for the best price and excellent service to use monju and his team at let’s fly travel because this would be the best favour you would be doing to yourself by ensuring your booking the best holiday with amazing customer service and letting monju take all the stress away !!
