Coaches Thomas & Andrew were very approachable and knowledgeable, which helped me gain confidence in doing open water swimming for the first time. Over the 6 sessions together, I gained enough confidence in my swimming abilities to enroll for the annual 1 mile swim they organize. Lindsay has a wealth of technical knowledge and swimming experience that really shows.
