“What a delightful oasis this coffee shop is located in Loughton. It's a family run business and a great place to drop into for a coffee and a chat. Not only that the food is great....breakfast and lunch both 1st class. If u fancy a salt beef sandwich u will not get better anywhere in the south of England. If u have never called into Bishops, then you must give it a go....u will not be disappointed.”

“The food here is delicious. Came in for lunch and was very happy with the size of the dish, and most importantly the taste. Good quality chicken with a generous free starter of bread with tasty humous/garlic and mint sauce. The prices are very competitive and the restaurant layout is spacious and bright. Lots to choose from the lunch/brunch menu. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Great sized salad with the chicken dish too, tasty rice. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to returning for dinner at some point very soon.”

“Always sceptical about local chicken and chip shops and I’m new to the area so tried this place. Called in advance to ask if it was halal (it is) and ordered a chicken burger. Guy i spoke to said he would make a fresh one for me. Came delivered hot and fresh and it tasted amazing!”

I have been there few times and got kebab which was tasty , delicious and scrumptious that made me order food from there such as pizza that cost £7.50 which they delivered on time. The customer service is responsive , efficient , friendly , quick , good communicator , respectful. , professional , good delivery time , honest and understanding. The food mouthwatering , tasty , delicious , scrumptious , meaty , superior , superb and fresh. The store is the clean , tidy , modern , sleek , good , amazing , great and joyful place to go in to for life. “I use this shop on a daily basis even though theyre slightly higher prices than your average tesco ect you cant put a price on A convenience and B love and care, ive known the lady in the shop since I was pregnant with my son who is nearly 6 years old, shes friendly and helpful always gives my son a nice cuddle they legit call each other my friend and my son, if I am going to the shop I always take my boy cant put a price on their love and friendship, the other staff there are friendly and helpful too. It may be a convenient store to some but to us its family.”

“Great experience, we went with 11 people and it was a lovely meal. We all had starters which came out pretty much at the same time and then all our mains came out at the same time. We used Tesco vouchers and had no issue when using them. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the meal. I would come back during lunch time.”
