“Our experience at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa was amazing! Our room was of their new ones which was beautifully made, it had all the essentials you would require for your stay, and our beds were very comfortable. My husband, daughter and I had booked in for the Ishga massages at their spa and the masseurs were truly skilled. My masseur, Joy, was great and asked what type of pressure I liked and she was very talented. I was completely relaxed and refreshed at the end of it. My family gave me good feedback about the other 2 girls as well, I'm sorry I don't remember your names, I wanted to say thank you! Will definitely be back!”

When I say everyone, I truly mean everyone! The food was full of flavor, and the chocolate chaud is an absolute must-try. We were also celebrating my son’s birthday, and the team kindly provided a complimentary cake, which made the occasion even more special. “I spent a spa day here andcould not be more pleased with my experience. All the staff were very attentive and efficient. I enjoyed my facial and hot stone massage and would like to thank Selina very much. We could choose a lunch from the bar menu to a value of £25 if we didn’t want to choose from the set spa day lunch menu. I went with my daughter for my 60th Birthday treat and would recommend. Such a relaxing place.”

“Very clean, spacious accommodation with parking directly in front of the small hotel. I booked it for my visiting family and we were very happy. The double aspect room for two contained a king size and single bed with TV and small fridge, etc. The room was heated before our arrival to a cosy temperature for winter. Enough room for luggage. Lovely high ceilings with crisp white walls and bedding. The hotel is connected to an Indian Restaurant, but the rooms did not smell of spices at all, in case you were concerned. Flexible booking in and out. Friendly staff. We will definitely use this hotel again.”

“Really nice weekend away here. The rooms are nice and spacious. Location is really nice, about 10-15 mins drive to bluewater shopping center & lakeside shopping center - so plenty to do for couples/family. The swimming pool/jacuzzi and sauna was really nice, we enjoyed going down for a swim when it wasn't too busy. We did go on a weekend so it was quite busy at times. Room service & bar was nice. Overall the room loses one star personally because the lighting was a bit dark and the bed quite firm. Everything else was perfect during our stay.”
