“Had a fantastic pedicure here in pink of London. They offered me a drink as soon as I sat down, I had a hot chocolate with cream and sprinkles which was lovely. The salon is spotless and staff are all so welcoming. I then came in to get my daughters hair braided by Sophia she made my daughter feel like a princess and she wants to return every weekend! Will definitely be back! 10/10”

“I had my hair cut and coloured on 9/5/2021 by Freda, it was a off chance I contacted her pretty last min, as the other salon was fully booked. But I’m soo glad to find her as I’m really looking forward to come back next time. she is so knowledgeable with the sort of cut that suits my faceshape, what’s in trend, yet honest advice on hair colours. She see her clients as individuals rather offer off the shelf advice which is really refreshing. She wasn’t pushy with selling alternatives. She used an alternative product to bleach when colouring my hair as my hair is thin. I had such a lovely time, was so impressed with her professionalism and her quality of work, definitely recommend! She is so passionate about her work and I can’t wait for my next visit x”

Her highlighting technique is outstanding — even other stylists have commented on how precise and beautifully done my highlights were. The salon has a warm, friendly atmosphere, with very welcoming staff who always offer tea or coffee and make the time fly by. Great location, very close to the underground station and easy to reach even if you’re travelling from outside London. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!”

She took time to explain how to achieve the look I was hoping for and gave me a realistic outcome about how to achieve it (after having had my hair done at a different salon and not loving the look). She did an incredible job at transforming my blocky regrown into a natural balayage. Her confidence was reassuring and her care and passion for the role is felt. She took time to ensure the cut was PERFECT - thank you! I felt the price was fair and really reflected the service. I was the only person in the salon with Orschi which was lovely. I felt relaxed and loved the hot towel and massage chair! In other salons you are passed around between people washing and toning your hair and the hair dresser can work between clients. This is not the case at Robert Kirby and I love this about the salon. You have the full attention of Orschi. She is an artist and creates a masterpiece! Thank you!”

I didn't catch the name of the lady who did my nails (young with glasses) but she did a really good job and went out of her way to gently fix one of my damaged nails. She was neat and precise with everything and also friendly. I'm happy with the experience and would recommend.”

I had manicure, gel extensions and gel designs for £65 but honestly I would’ve been happy to pay more for Klaudia’s skills and care. “I always have an amazing experience getting an ombré BIAB manicure and a classic French pedicure. The nail techs are incredibly skilled and attentive – they took take their time to shape and perfect each nail, and the ombré effect is absolutely stunning. The gradient & nails grow out is seamless. I always leave with my feet feel super soft and pampered, with no cracked heels for weeks! I highly recommend booking in here they are truly great.”
