“Anaisa is a great therapist, who offers ad-hoc support and empowerment advice. I am always comfortable with her, and every single moment spent in therapy with her has been useful for both reflection possibilities and practical advice. I have been with her for about a year now, and I plan on continuing using her kindness and expertise.”

“I have only visited this clinic twice to see a physiotherapist, and on two separate occasions for different reasons. I was extremely impressed on both occasions. On my first visit I was experiencing severe pains down my right leg and wondered what could be done. The physio massaged my lower spine for about 2 minutes, and amazingly, the pain went away and has not rerurned. My second visit, 12 months later, was to ask for advice about going to the gym. I was worried that if I resumed my twice-weekly trips to the gym, my leg pains would return after being pain-free for a year. This time aI saw a different physio who showed me some very helpful exercises. On both occasions the male physiotherapists were very extremely personable and clearly knew their stuff. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.”

“I went to Martina with an injury to my foot caused during a run. She is excellent and worked out the cause on my first visit and has provided me with advice and encouragement for my recovery. She also provided guidance on how much I was running I should do during my treatment and exercises to strengthen my weak spots. I cannot recommend her highly enough and am very happy to be enjoying my running again.”

“I had been struggling with hamstring and gluteal pain and went to see Daniel for a sports massage thinking it was just tightness after running. After a thorough assessment Daniel diagnosed me with sciatic pain and over 4 appointments gave me acupuncture and pressure point massage to help relieve the pain and exercises / stretches to do at home. I was very impressed by his overall knowledge and in particular his understanding of how my body worked and what I needed to support me back to fitness and back to running. Highly recommended.”

“I injured my lower back while playing badminton. I visited Nilesh while I was in acute pain. Nilesh is exceptionally knowledgeable and very courteous. His analysis about my back pain was perfect. Nilesh gave me a good reasoning for my back pain. I started feeling much better just after my first appointment. I really appreciate his advice on the changes I can make in my daily routine to avoid back injuries. Nilesh also supported me on telephone to check the progress which was really comforting. I have no hesitation in recommending Nilesh to anyone.”

“My sports massage with Ellie was great. I’ve been having knee issues and we realised the entirety of my leg was tight and knotted. She was able to spend a lot of time on problem areas and really work on it. The next day my legs felt good as new and a lot “lighter”.”

“I initially started seeing Dan for pain in my shoulder. He immediately recognised the problem and, after following his recommended exercises, I noticed a significant improvement after a couple of months. Following this, I thought I'd also mention that I'd been having knee pain for a few years. The issue was immediately diagnosed and again, the improvement has been significant. Dan is very knowledgeable and approachable. He clearly explains how to do the exercises but also why we're doing them and the impact it has on the body. Highly recommend!”

“Can’t recommend Renaé enough. I suffer with severe back and neck pain after a car accident over ten years ago and I have seen soooo many professionals to try to relieve some of my pain. Not one of them compare to Renaé, she truly is amazing. I’ve seen her 5 times so far and every time I leave her I feel so much better. She is extremely knowledgable and I would highly recommend her to everyone! I also suffer with anxiety and she made me feel at ease within the first 5 minutes of meeting her. I’d never go anywhere else now, she’s the best!”
