“Had my son's 5th birthday party here last weekend and had a ball. Our host Gemma looked after us perfectly and made sure we had everything we needed. The community room and kitchen was clean and tidy - it was perfect for serving food, playing party games and came with soft play items. The surprise highlight was the bouncy castle (more like bouncy obstacle course) upstairs in the sports hall. It was mega and the kids (and some adults) loved it! Highly recommended as a venue for kids birthday parties.”

“Really great gym. Spa and pool facilities are superb. Gym itself is not as big but has quite a lot of equipment. Love the group classes the most, really great mixture and timings. “Great big thank you the team at the centre, in particular the manager (whos name I've forgotten, sorry). We requested at very short notice to hire the fitness studio for a last minute rehearsal. The manager was very nice to deal with, and went the extra mile to accomodate our requests. Even allowed us to use the bigger gym space when we realised our numbers were so many that the studio space was too small. Fantastic experience. Thank you again”

“My husband had a blood test booked here today, first time at this location as the Walthamstow clinic we have used before is closed. Was a bit anxious given the reviews, but after dropping him off at the door at the rear of the building, I pulled into the parking lot opposite. Sent him a message saying where I was parked, got out to faff about with some stuff in the boot and, by the time I was closing the boot, he was walking back towards me, all done! He said the staff were really nice, too. Cannot imagine how it could have been a better experience. Thank you!”

“I just stayed for 10 days. Everyone there was very helpful to me. This is not the nicest hotel in London, but it doesn’t pretend to be. This place is in a great location and The rate could not be better. There were some issues in the past at this location but that was with previous owners. The folks running it now are competent, kind, and attentive. If you want to stay at a hotel chain then go stay there. You will pay a lot more. If you are looking for a nice space that won’t break the bank, you’ve just found your hotel!”
