“Booked MoT through bookmygarage website and it was not displayed that I should book the time slot by calling the garage. I could have guessed that myself but when I couldn’t leave the car for the whole day as they requested when I turned up they booked me for the next day and I was done within an hour. Overall very pleasant experience I can say. The car mechanic guy who was helping with lights was very very very nice! The guys sitting at the desk wasn’t either nice nor rude but just a bit “I don’t give a thing”. Which isn’t bad either obviously you just always want people who do care a lot but I can’t tell the job was done well and at super good price so no reason to complain at all! :)”

“Took my BMW for MOT, brake pads replacement & service, also I’ve had problem with my air condition it didn’t work - last year took my car to other car garage in Croydon who call themselves BMW specialists and told them about air condition And when I came to collect my car they’ve told me that they looked at the air condition and told me what I already knew that it doesn’t work And charged me £50 for telling me that. They’ve Told me that whole dash board needs to be removed in order to Spot the issue and it may be a matter of hundreds of pounds. Mr Kabir personally took a care of my car He’s highly skilled Mechanic with tons of experience and he knows BMW’s inside out. All work done on my car with great precision and care, on top of that it took Mr Kabir 15 minutes to fix the air condition i was shocked and couldn’t thank him enough knowing that my car was in a good hands of highly skilled professional Thank you so much Mr Kabir job worth 10 stars”

“I own a garage up in neasden. Spoke to a parts advisor call Jazz who was really helpful and great excellent skill. I ordered a crankshaft pulley for a Nissan note which they had the only one available throughout the UK jazz was kind enough too look physically in the warehouse for it as well.
