Neil precisely diagnosed the issue (before even seeing the car via discussions over email) and with a remap solved the issue completely. When I arrived Neil spent the time to go over the car, given that I’d only recently purchased it and made me aware of a few small issues, looked into these for me and helped with friendly and clearly knowledgable advice. “Luke is a nice easy going geezer to deal with but him and his team are very busy so i had to wait a while which suited me,my bumper on my old Merc was lop sided and damaged,plastic arch liner broken and headlights a bit dull,they fixed and resprayed the whole bumper,new arch liner and made my headlights like new,people keep asking if i bought a new bumper,thanks Luke and guys,i would recommend them to anyone which i do when they ask and reasonable price too”
