“The help I received from my therapist (Munn Yan) worked well for me. I reached out during a phase of depression which had been lingering for months. My wait time was fairly brief. We talked about rumination and the negative self talk. We identified a few of my habits that were generating negative emotion. My therapist has been open in discussing my past and showed compassion towards me. I felt that my therapist sincerely wanted to help and my mood improved over the months. It was comforting to be able to talk to someone during my crisis.”

“I had the utmost best experience at Hillingdon Hospital, I can’t fault them enough. I was admitted into AMU and the doctors, nurses and the HCAs were beyond helpful and lovely. They made my stay so pleasant and eased any anxiety that I may have had. I have been discharged today but will always keep in high regards how beautifully I was treated, the cleaning staff and porters were so lovely too, engaging with me and I felt so comfortable as if I was at home”
