“This review is looong overdue! I’ve been going to Zen Dental and seeing Dr. Tuba for around three years now and I can honestly say I always receive the best service every single time. I’m greeted with a warm welcome and the atmosphere is always calm and friendly. Tuba, is fantastic! She’s incredibly gentle, caring, and always keeps me well informed throughout. She explains everything clearly, gives me options, and lets me decide what feels right for me. She even thinks ahead to help keep things cost-efficient and never pushes unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciate. What makes her extra special is how personable she is. She remembers our little chats even though I know she sees so many patients. It feels like seeing a friend, not just my dentist. Thank you for looking after me so well Tuba. ❤️”

“This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. “A late review considering I've been entrusting Brian and his family with my cat for a few years now. But I just wanted to say that Banstead are brilliant - Brian kindly collects and returns my cat at all hours of the day which is so helpful as I don't have a car and am usually rushed off my feet trying to get organised to travel. I leave him several times a year with Brian and he always comes back happy, relaxed, groomed and well fed. So thank you for providing a flexible and caring service that gives me peace of mind. In fact, sometimes I wonder if he prefers it there.....!”

From the first consultation and every interaction after the team were understanding and courteous. I opted for a partial denture, which has been great! The follow up appointments to get the correct fit were no problem for Dr N Velan. With the other work completed and a few visits to the hygenist I can now smile with confidence again! “I visited the clinic recently for an ultrasound in my left hip, following some ongoing pain and discomfort during sport. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and I was seen very quickly. My clinician was very professional and ensured to ask all the relevant questions to build up the required background to support the imaging results. She spoke me through what she could see and gave me recommmendations for my next steps. I was able to present my ultrasound, along with a professional recommendation, to my GP. This process greatly accelerated my treatment and has lead to my recovery from a difficult injury.”

They even contacted the manufacturer and supplier and chased it relentlessly until the medication came into stock and they kept us informed the whole time! Exceptional service!”

“I have been coming to this dentist probably over 10years and i have always had brilliant care. The receptionists are really friendly and happy to help and the dentists are very caring and make you feel as comfortable as they can. I used to come when it was NHS and when they turnt private i decided to join the membership and pay the private fees because they are 1 of the best dentists I've been to and i wouldn't want to change my dentist now. I had quite a few bad experiences before coming to this one. This one is very understanding if you have illnesses and always listen to what you want.”

“Aqua aerobics donyngs redhill brilliant class very popular i love it. There is one life guard that occasionally disrups class by turning down the music very rude as its £10.30 a class. Other then that the class is brilliant. Aqua aerobics teacher is brilliant.”

“I have been getting acupuncture therapy from Lu Zhao since the beginning of this year. It was all started with a sprain elbow after a snowboarding trip. My elbow instantly felt relieved after the first treatment. Since then, I decided to continue the therapy with Lu. I have noticed a significant improvement on my overall wellness. I used to have cold feet but I noticed that I don't anymore. I get stressed all the time due to my busy daily routine. My neck and shoulder always feel tense. They are feeling a lot less stiff now after the treatments. The Gua Sha treatment provided by Lu is excellent. I highly recommend her. Lu is a very professional, pleasant, caring and approachable therapist. She pays attention to all the questions I had for her. I feel very comfortable when being treated by her.”
