“We absolutely love Harry's for fish n chips! The chunky chips are perfect, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The cod is not too greasy and has crispy batter. Friendly service and fair prices. Unfortunately we've not been fans of either local Molesey chippys, despite their long queues. So this is perfect, combined with easy parking along the road.”

“Budget friendly express lunch menu which is very affordable. Very homely and Thai environment with lots of space and relaxed sitting. Particularly enjoyed the duck noodle soup, its a simple homemade dish.”

“Mada Deli is my favourite stop for coffee and a proper Big Boy English breakfast. The food and service are consistently excellent, and the recent updates to the seating and décor have really enhanced the experience. It now feels even warmer and more comfortable inside. The coffee is always top-notch, and the sausages are great quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, friendly spot to start their day.”

Told them we needed to have some “real” fish and chips (we’re visiting from Canada) after an afternoon at Hampton Court Palace and this place delivered!! Sooo good - fresh fish, hot from the fryer with good sized chips. Thank you for helping us start our vacation off right!”

“We moved to the area recently when I came across this lovely little pub I was chuffed. The staff are great it’s kept really well and enjoy the odd meal when we can’t be bothered to cook. It’s a warm atmosphere in the winter and a great beer garden for the summer.”

“My wife and I loved our Sunday night stay at the Mitre Hotel. What did we like? Wonderful situation on the river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary and generous glass of wine on arrival. Large, comfortable and quiet room - we were upgraded to The Royal Mews (many thanks for that) - with complimentary coffee, biscuits etc. Excellent breakfast buffet taken in the lovely round room with wonderful views of the Thames. Settle in Sunday is a really great deal. Would we stay at The Mitre again? Like a shot!”

“Had great food today. I had crushed avo on sourdough topped with crumbled feta and chilli flakes. I also asked if they could add scrambled eggs. No problem and had a really good portion. They also sell red tea which is great as not every where does. Service was also good and in a great setting sitting outside overlooking the cricket ground and river. I’ll be back!”

“Had a great experience at Pizza Express! The food was fresh, tasty, and perfectly cooked — the classic American Hot and Padana pizzas were especially good. The service was friendly and quick, and the restaurant had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a reliable spot for a casual meal or catch-up with friends.”

“I moved to the area recently and as you do, you try out all the takeaways to find your new favourite. Well this place is not only cheaper than most, you get more meat in your curry than I've ever had before. I had a small problem last time and they went above and beyond to sort it out. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else again.”

“It was quite a warm day for the time of year, so the walk through Bushy Park got our appetite going on our way to this lovely little restaurant. We ate here with friends and children and there was plenty to choose from. I’m definitely a sucker for a decent Italian dish. I love cooking it as much as I love eating it, so when they brought out our meals at La Fiamma I had pretty high expectations having heard it was good. Except it wasn’t just good. It was genuinely exceptional! Every one of us around the table ate until we had to undo our belts a notch! The wine was also a great drop and paired beautifully with the dishes we had chosen, even if they were perhaps a little punchy on price for what they were, but it didn’t detract from the experience. This is definitely now a firm favourite for the location!”

“Lovely guys at Lee Fung's, a really nice family run takeaway. Always a pleasure when they remember who you are and what you're favourite dishes are. Everything is always on time and fast, the food is always perfect just how I like it. Highly recommended if you want tasty food at reasonable prices and a great service. Thank you for all the beef in black bean sauce dishes you've cooked me this year!”

“Really sweet and lively place — I hadn’t been to this pub before the Big Smoke acquired it, but now it seems to have transformed into such a great spot! The food is always good, the staff are super friendly, it’s busy pretty much every night of the week, and it has a lovely beer garden. The Sunday roast was one of the best one I’ve had in a while, and their small plates are also great and worth trying.”

“This pub is soo refreshing lovely to have a pub not a restaurant. The staff are gems and really helpful. Friday nights always a laugh with dj karaoke. Shayne and darren are brilliant and have brought a new lease of life to the pub. There is also Bingo on Wednesdays”
