“I go to this quite regularly, it's by far the best Costa Coffee I have been to purely because the staff especially Bianca and Hortenzia give amazing friendly service and keep this place absolutely clean and spotless. “Stayed here one night for a layover and it was perfect. Right next to airport but you hear absolutely no airport noise. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options even vegetarian breakfast ‘meat.’ Bed was very comfortable and they even supplied robes and slippers. Had a relaxing stay amid two hectic travel days. **not necessarily affiliated with hotel but worth mentioning. I took the hotel hoppa bus, which you have to pay for (£6.80/$8.98 one way) and it was not on schedule departing LHR. It was over 30 mins late. It was however on time picking me up from the hotel to LHR. Important to note if you’re on a strict schedule.”

“Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”
