“I have been to a lot of place that have made my Mrs feel awkward and uncomfortable but this place was welcoming and very easy going from the sets she wanted and the tricky designs she likes to have, not once did they question her only when they asked what length or colour she would like, I have spent stupid money at other shops with shitty quality compared to this shop that has high quality, reasonable prices and very polite and understandable staff! I was able to leave her there to do some shopping and when I came back she looked at home comfortable and happy with everything that had happened from conversations to the nails being done! She can't wait to come back and get a new set and design as she is mesmerised by their nail art as it came out just like the photo she showed them at the start. Worth every second and penny spent also would highly recommend for anyone to come and get the same quality experience that she got!”

“I recently took my my dog here and was extremely impressed with the level of care and attention they provided. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making both myself and my dog feel at ease. The facility itself was spotless, and it was clear that the staff took great pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. They had all the necessary tools and equipment to groom dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I could see that they were experienced in handling different temperaments. My dog looked and smelled amazing after his grooming session, and I could tell that he had enjoyed his time there. I was also given helpful advice on how to maintain his coat between grooming appointments. Overall, I highly recommend this dog grooming place to anyone looking for a professional and caring service for their furry companion. The staff were excellent, and the results were fantastic.”

“Such lovely staff and amazing nails Updated 2 years later The detail on all the nails I get here are incredible. The reviews on Google I believe do not reflect the staff's time and quality. To back up the staff here I'd say any reviews that mention wrong colours or misapplication is either due 1. if you book a gel appointment and then end up choosing a regular nail polish they advise you a similar colour they have in the gel range same applies for any manicure, sns, biab and acrylic. I've had my nails done here at least 6 or 7 times a year and many times I have complicated designs which take 2-3 hours sometimes the colour won't match the pictures I've chosen to show (BECAUSE ONLINE IS FILTERED OR UNLIMITED COLOURS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE). So compromise is needed even when the design is 10/10. Continuously throughout every appointment, I speak up if there's something I disagree with, shorter longer shape, colour the whole nine. Nail techs can't always read minds and especially when everyone have different standards and expectations for their nails. If you don't ask you don't get, entitlement alone is no excuse. Love you team see you for my Christmas nail. P.S Speaking in Vietnamese, Mandarin or any language isn't illegal they're all family there :)”
